You know who else doesn't? Qwest. :-)

I'm running an SMTP server at home with no problems, and Qwest won't 
even cap my account after I hit 3,000,000 messages for the month. (Or 
however many it would take to reach Comcast's new 250 GB limit).

When I read that Comcast announcement, it was a good day to be a DSL 
customer.
