Jon, I also want to add my appreciation for your efforts in keeping
the list running.  Originally, I suspected EC was the regular variety
of troll, and I consider myself sufficiently desensitized to that
sort.  After a while, however, it became obvious that even for a
troll, his commitment to disruption was exemplary, and so I decided to
filter him.  I wouldn't be the least offended if you simply forwarded
EC to /dev/null, but perhaps you are a more forgiving person than me.
