I believe that the same people that cannot figure out how to 
install Ubuntu would have a *very* difficult time installing 
Windows.

If you perform a Windows install on a computer with all the 
newest hardware, and a Retail version of the Windows XP CD, you 
will spend a significant amount of time gathering drivers for the 
hardware. And 93.294% (making up statistics is FUN!!) of the 
users will not be able to get a fully functional system.
