[Tfug] SIGMOD Record article (finally!) published

While we're engaging in some shameless self-promotion, I'll mention
that my article critiquing Chris Date's critique of SQL was finally
published.  A few people from happy hour asked me to send along the
link, but that was months ago (sigh).  The journal ran into a
startling amount of delays; it's now caught up to being only 3-4
months behind schedule.
