Agreed.  This country has a fine tradition of ex^M^M employing foreign
labor, skilled or otherwise.  If someone is willing to do the same
work for less money, that is just good business.  If we create
artificial barriers to prevent this from happening, then jobs just get
moved overseas (e.g. India, China), and the local economy completely
loses the revenue associated with those jobs.  Or, as in the case of
illegal immigrants, you end up with a class of people that live
outside of the social protections our society.  Better to be honest
about the whole situation up front, IMO.

If you are afraid of losing your own job, that just means you need to
work harder to "stay in the game", by improving your skills and
education.  The end result is a stronger economy, and a more skilled
work force.
