If it is the video card, Linux will not report it. It is the BIOS which 
allocates a portion of memory to the video card at boot time. It partitions 
off that segment, the OS never sees it as main system memory. This is usually 
called "video memory window" or something similar in the BIOS setup screen. 
This only applies if you have built-in video, not (generally) to PCI/AGP 
video cards.
