Anything that is mailed to you, from any postal service (USPS, DHL,
UPS, FED-EX) with your name on the package becomes your possession.

It would be nice for you to return it, and i bet you would get a good
rep from the company with some possible spiffs in return. Maybe you
can request extra ram, or a second high capacity battery.
But sometimes not, they would just send you a box to ship the extra
computer back with.
