what should i call them?  Actually, they're "Verlängerungskabeln", but 
a-umlaut doesn't work (here) and somehow "extension cable" seems better 
here. I've noticed no speed loss using them with different things, but, 
then i don't know how to measure this. Anyway, they just make things 
simpler.
