[Tfug] MSAccess frontend to PostgreSQL?

I was leaning towards MSAccess as I figure it is more
"well-known" (among casual users) than SQL itself *or*
any of the packages like those you mention above.

I want to be able to find someone who can step in and
do build forms *without* having to teach them anything...
