I find the WildWestDomains resellers to offer a better deal while selling the exact same products a GoDaddy.

When someone squats on a name, there is unfortunately little you can  
do.  The low-ball offer you made is about the best option you have.   
If makes you feel better, we don't hold a large squat portfolio. :-)
