    * Strong experience supporting heterogeneous systems.
    * The ability to excel in dynamic environments where you take on new
      technical responsibilities as projects evolve.
    * Participate in rotating "on call" schedule with other members of
      the team.
    * Monitor the services and all production servers on the network.
    * The ability to provide creative solutions in a scalable, elegant,
      and maintainable way.
    * Outstanding written and verbal communications skills that can
      interface directly with technical resources from other groups
      expecting to speak with an expert in their field.
    * Help design each new generation of computing and network
      architecture.
    * With direction from the Information Technology Manager, take
      responsibility for the implementation of systems administration
      priorities, which can involve deployment, documentation,
      maintenance, troubleshooting, education, and emergency response.
    * Track all activities in ticket and change management system.


	
	

Job Requirements

	

	

	
	

	
	

    * Bachelors in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or
      equivalent experience is required.
    * Candidates must have at least 7 years of System Administration
      experience supporting heterogeneous environments involving both
      Windows and Linux based systems.
    * Must have experiencing managing enterprise server applications in
      a 24/7 environment
    * Candidates must have a advanced background in Windows-based
      systems fundamentals.
    * Advanced and comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, Active
      Directory, Exchange, Patch Management, and Windows 2000/2003 Server.
    * Excellent knowledge of server hardware and troubleshooting is
      required.
    * Excellent organizational, project tracking and communications
      skills are required.
    * A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail even
      while working in a very fast-paced and energetic environment
