[Tfug] OT: Looking for a web designer

A friend of mine is in need of some web design. In summary 
they own properties that provide information to the tenants. They would 
like to reduce the number of calls to the office and implement a bit of 
customer self service.

Example: Each property will have it's own sub page off the main site's 
web page. Each property will have links to documents on how to apply for 
changes to their homes (changing the paint color, etc), names of board members, 
how to file complaints against neighbors, etc.

Many of these pages will have the same information as the next property 
but they will need to be kept separate to avoid any confusion to the 
people using the site.
