[Tfug] Help needed with wireless connection HELP!!!!

Just general troubleshooting questions: Can another laptop connect to your
wireless network? Did you try rebooting your laptop with the ethernet cable
plugged into it and then checking if the wired connection works? Did Ubuntu
download and install some software updates right before the problem started?
I would definitely save reinstalling as a last resort for a network problem.
If reinstalling doesn't fix the problem, then you're many steps backward
from where you started.
