[Tfug] Help needed with wireless connection HELP!!!!

I really need some help with my wireless connection.  Fired up my Ubuntu last night, and suddenly I have no wireless :(  Am using the wife's connection, which still works.

Have tried rebooting cable modem and router, changing to direct cable connection.  Nothing

I do truly need to have internet on my laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.

If someone would be willing to do some hands on, I am willing to remunerate that person.
