If I'm not mistaken, wearing headphones that cover both ears while 
driving is or was illegal.

I find that many folks are no longer drivers, just occupants while 
texting, phoning, or rattling the sheet metal of the car next to them.  ;-)

A friend of mine in California just told me that he passed a Beemer the 
other day and the "road warrior" had a full sized keyboard attached to 
his steering wheel!  Now that's scary!
