Thanks for this reference to the PDF file.  I had to uncomment one line in the Makefile.  

It took 37 minutes ro compile on a 933 MHz machine..  See below.  I have not tried to
install it yet. 

I will be in Phoenix until Wednesday afternoon.

If TFUG is meeting at Buddy's Grill at the Crossroads Plaza on Grant and Swan, I would
like to meet you.  This would be Thursday evening.

I really appreciate your advice.
