It seems that Microsoft has gotten smarter in their unceasing war on
Free software--they've just released their .NET libraries under a
license that basically reads "look but don't touch" (i.e. readable for
all that agree to the license, but no modification, redistribution, or
compiling).

I wonder how long it will take them pull a SCO and file a lawsuit
against the Mono developers on the grounds of oh-so-similar code
(after all, Miguel de Icaza and co. don't have the means to verify
that a contributor *hasn't* taken a peek at the .NET source).
