xdvi is a DVI viewer.

Some versions of "evince" are built with DVI support.

Also try:

xgdvi
advi
kdvi
spawg
spawx11
tkdvi

I really like xdvi -- it is very powerful as a document viewer.

I don't know of any latex viewers.
