The "small staff" is exactly that -- ONE person!  :>
The problem is getting enough value to make things
worth the *time* involved to deal with the sale
(recognizing that there is always a real possibility
that it may NOT end up being a sale after all!).

And, some things just don't lend themselves well
to eBay -- either because they are too hard to
package for shipment or, they are too *expensive*
to ship  (I recall buying one of my Reading Machines
for something like $1 on eBay.  And, $20 to ship it.
I felt sorry for the guy who *made* the sale!  :< )
