I don't think it has to be a UA club.  It may just need someone to host 
it in an available space.  Some Tucson Computer Society SIG's used to 
meet somewhere at the U.  TCS is not a UA club.  Harry McGregor has 
hosted one or more meetings at his work but that may not be considered 
part of the U.
