>From what I've seen, fBSD runs just about on par with what you see in linux
and the nice thing about it, is that it’s actually a UNIX. Other than that,
there's a lot of drivers from what I've seen that have been borrowed from
the linux kernel. All I have to say is try it and see how it works for you,
and if you don’t like, you know you can at least go back to linux.

I know some of you out there use FreeBSD and what not. I was wondering how
it does with hardware recognition. What about Dragonfly?
Any info would be appreciated. I have tried the Freesbie LiveCD before and
liked it.
