Steve,

I saw a Brit on the 'net who setup a proxy because he found his neighbors
steeling his wifi. Instead of blocking them, he configured it so it would
indeed fetch the urls they requested, but reverse all the images or turn
them all upside down, or screw with the ASCII codes of the text. I fell off
my chair thinking how frustrated his clueless neighbors would become
thinking something was wrong with their browser or what not!
