[Tfug] Running PHP on a Windows Server

Besides the fact that this seems to be completely off the topic for
TFUG, (being one that it is PHP, of which you are on the discussion
list for, and windows) you might have better luck posting this to the
AZPHP list.

On a side note, I always thought Apache/PHP was secure on windows. It
was the underlying OS that wasn't.. ;)
