Second the feelings expressed about batteries plus. Only useful for UPS 
batteries and then only if you've done the research on the model needed 
in advance. Service is nonexistent.

Remember what people used to say about Radio Shack? "You've got 
questions, we've got batteries."... It's a lot like that, but the staff 
was rude even upon learning that I was walking out with $400 in UPS 
batteries... I mail order all my batteries now.

Best bet for a TP battery has to be Lenovo... The recent ones (x43 and 
newer) have pretty hard core electronics in them not likely to be 
replicated by a third party.
