lol basically I shoulda done a better job of the "reader's digest"  
version of the cable - what I meant was exactly as he shows.... maybe  
something like
   1 - 8
   2 - 7
..snip..
   7 - 2
   8 - 1

Oh well... "the hubris of the defeated" as they say lol.
