[Tfug] Want to buy a PCI video card with TV out

Hi,

I'm looking for a low end PCI video card with TV out.  This will be for a
living room music player (I want to try LIRC), so low end is preferred
because then hopefully there won't be a fan.  Not picky about output:
S-Video, composite, etc are just fine.  Hoping to pay $5 - $10, but if that
is unrealistic please name your price :).
