Frys also has a store on T'bird and I17

For me, Fry's is a tolerate / hate relationship. Their prices are only good
if they are on sale. Otherwise, I might buy there if the item is hard to
source elsewhere.

They generally have two sale periods during the week. On Wednesday, they
have an ad in the Az Republic that is good for Wednesday and Thursday. Then
they have a flyer in the Friday Republic that is usually good until Tuesday.
If you walk into the store, they have copies of the ads posted.

I won't buy stuff with a rebate from them anymore. I know the manufacturer
is responsible for the rebate, but my experience buying stuff from them is;
that I will not receive the rebate. For comparison, my experience buying
stuff with rebates from CompUSA is excellent. I have had 100% success with
CompUSA funded rebates. (dozens of transactions)

Frys puts crap back on the shelves that has been returned. These items are
possibly abused and maybe missing stuff. For example, when I was there last,
I saw a mini indoor helicopter toy in a returned box that had damaged
propeller blades. http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/rc/91d2/ Be sure to look
for the blue and white stickers they place on returned items that they stick
back on the shelves along with the new unused items.

If you (anticipate returning) OR (need to return) something, read and
understand their return policy. Then be careful.
