Starting Monday the city of Tucson is allowing on-site inspection of
the voting machines used for the upcoming election.  If a geek or two
from here has a day and a half available to be named as an inspector
for either the Dem or Libertarian parties, drop me a line or call me
at 916-370-0347.  You don't need to be a member of either party, but
you do need to be a registered voter in Pima County (not necessarily
city of Tucson).

The gig actually pays a bit...$10 an hour, but hey, you get an inside
look at how votes are really processed.
