I use Newegg, Tigerdirect, and occasionally mwave.com

Sometimes Office Max or Office Depot have a decent sale.

Also recently discovered Compusa on North Stone.  Often times their 
prices are close to mail order and you can pick it up the same day.

For weird little electronic parts, try Elliot Electronics on Park.
