Output:
MemTotal:       906792 kB

Now it is official that Debian is not recognizing 2GB.

What should I do to troubleshoot this? I suppose someone will 
recommend testing the memory, so I will run memtest on it. Assume 
for a moment that the memory is fine, what would my next step be?
