[Tfug] Microsoft deals

Microsoft is giving away their office suite for $3 to third-world students,
as I understand it (software license included).  Heh--what'll probably
happen is the discs will get bought up illegally by first-world resellers
and illegally sold for cheap (but for profit) in other parts of the world.
