Grrrr... yes.  (pass the pointy hat)  And you'd also
have to double check the right quote character, etc.
(I don't write code on this keyboard so the keys are
all in the wrong places  :< )

But, the best solution, by far, is just to hack the
sources.  I'd imagine a single strftime() call
someplace that needs another 3 characters added
to the format string  :-/
