I've been using them as my isp for several years with no complaints. 
I've only had one issue with them in several years from a technical 
standpoint and they resolved it quickly.

When I initially signed up, they were known as bblabs.net but got 
acquired by simplybits.  Steve Bowers who is on this list works for them 
so he can probably tell you more privately.
