[Tfug] phpMyAdmin config

[Judd Pickell]

from the command line type:
php -i | grep ini

and check what the location of your php.ini is. Then grep that file for the
mysql.so file. If it is commented out, uncomment it. Restart the Apache
server and you should be good to go.
