Hello again,

Ekiga is actually the program I use for a videophone as well. I follow the
mailing list occasionally and there is a beta version of Ekiga available for
Windows as well. Most of the reports I've read have been very positive. Most
of the troubles seem to come from having all the right DLLs available since
the installer is still beta too (or maybe it doesn't have one).

I've looked in the past for open source, or even just free, clients for
Windows but the field seems quite small. I've not used it, but apparently
Windows Messenger (but *not* MSN Messenger, the IM program) can do SIP calls
with video.
