Just in case anyone wanted to know: pouring a half-bottle of Mountain
Dew onto your ThinkPad is a great way to clean its keyboard.  Really,
it looks good as new!  Granted, the keys stick pretty badly at this
point, but I'm thinking that this will go away after a time.  Or my
fingers will get really strong.  Or I'll pop the keys off for a quick
rinse. (Although ThinkPad keys are fairly intricate multi-piece parts
which can cause problems; one of those peel-off iBook keyboards would
be really nice right now.)  Inexplicably, the space bar is no longer
sticking.

Next time, I'm thinking of going with a sugar-free soda to prevent the
sticking problem.
