Thats wierd... it is part of the e2fstools package. It should already be on 
the system, along with fsck, mkfs, etc. Did you go looking as root or a 
normal user? It is in the /sbin directory by default, so it won;t readily 
show up unless /sbin is in your default path (is for root, not for normal 
users).
