That said, I would suggest a class or two at PCC. Louis Taber teaches
CIS137 which is the introductory class and Harry McGregor teaches CIS
225 and 226 which are the advanced Linux system admin classes.
I've taken 225 and 226 and really enjoyed them. Now I'm taking the 137
class to fill in the gaps.
I run a LAMP server with Debian Sarge, Apache2, MySql, PHP, Python, and
Perl. Also has Postfix with virtual domains and a Mailman mailing list
for the local car club that I belong to.
Lot's of fun and you might even learn something that would apply to a
paying job!
