[Tfug] Flash-like tool

Hi,

Asking for a friend so I am unsure what the real
requirements are (and too busy to find out!  :> )

Looking for something "open source" to create
"Flash" type presentations.  Does such a beast
exist?  Or, are folks stuck using Macromedia's
tools?
