Yep... my number has been on that list for a couple years now. Other than the 
occasional survey call, it has worked as described. Unfortunately, in this 
case, the telemarketer (or scammer as it would seem to be) is explicitly 
breaking the law and obfuscating their origin to evade detection... So the 
DNC is of little use.
