[Tfug] Dual cores and hyperthreading

 I believe this is incorrect.

 There are CPUs (9xx series "XE", for one) that have
both HT and dual-core.  When you run a 955 in XP you
see 4 processors in Device Manager.

 Some BIOSes are, I think, too stupid to make this
distinction; I've also seen some BIOSes that use "HT
enable" as if it were "enable 2nd core".
