[Tfug] Dispersed Storage / Distributed backups

If it's an old box sitting in someone's garage, I personally wouldn't
want to depend on it for backup - even if it's redundant on eleven
other boxes in other people's garages.
If it were hosted at a colo, that would be a different story, but
that's not the point of this. Is it?
