[Tfug] GNU mailing list software

In my academic department in the UoA, the server runs Windows NT /
IIS. I wanted to know if there's a FOSS mailing list softare like
Mailman that can be run on it. Mailman unfortunately, doesn't
currently support Windows.

I was also interested in getting Mediawiki on the Win/IIS server also.
I know this is possible and the documentation is fairly extensive.
However, does anyone here have any experience with it and if theres
anything I need to beware of? Any suggestions / alternatives are
welcome.

And before anyone asks, Yes, I'd love to format that machine and run
Linux/Apache on it but unfortunately, that's not in my hands.
