Hmm... Not sure what to tell you.  You might want to try running it by
the fvwm mailing list.  I'm on it and people are quite nice and
helpful.  Make sure to provide your version and there can be subtle
differences.

Also, if you want to send me your .fvwm, I could take a look at it.
