Use the native stuff, I'm not sure if ide-scsi even works in current 2.6
kernels, I know it was broken for a bit and nobody saw the point in fixing
it.

Go to the "Removable Drives and Media Preferences" do-hickie and uncheck
"Play audio CD discs when inserted".

SoundJuicer is the Gnome way to go for ripping, it's light on the fiddling
options but gets the job done.

Copying is another matter. I don't know of any good Gnome programs that'll
copy audio CDs. You may want to try K3B if you don't mind KDE stuff.

You can't admin an exchange server... Even the developers who worked on it
stood back as it was first run and held their breath. The first comment
reportedly was "God help us all it lives!"
