[Tfug] Laptop Monitor Repair

So my monitor has gotten screwed up on my laptop, or more specifically, 
the connection is screwed up. The problem is that certain colors don't 
show up, or the picture is 'tinted'. It looks as though the red and 
green 'channels' are displaying correctly, but the blue isn't displaying 
correctly.

 I've just finished completely dismantling my laptop in an attempt to 
get it working and all I got out of it was some plastic that snapped 
off, and two extra screws. :) I can press down by the center hinge and 
get the colors correct sometimes, and if i pull up the keyboard and play 
around with the screws i can temporarily fix it, but the problem always 
creeps back.

So, any place to get this thing fixed in Tucson? Is it worth even 
thinking about fixing? Is there someone on the list that would want to 
take a crack at it?

Also, this is an Acer Travelmate Tablet PC, so I cannot swap out the 
monitor, as it is a Wacom tablet monitor.
