[Tfug] broadband opts

 This is really interesting to me.  I've had Qwest DSL
for 7 years now (since it was first offered), with
first StarNet and then Dakotacom for my ISP.  I've
been relatively pleased with it (Dakotacom in
particular has been great), however I'm switching to
Cox this week mostly because of price -- I decided I
wanted cable and if I go with Cox for phone, cable and
internet I'm going to be having a pretty nice deal.
