My laptop, a hp ze4400us has had similar problems with Linux, however,
my latest installation (I have tried FC2, Suse 9.2, Meppis -which was
terrible for overheating), Ubuntu, has proven to handle CPU temps well.
I am not as familiar with Debian type systems, and as it doesn't mount
my Windows Partitions automatically like Suse, I was wondering if anyone
could give me the instructions for mounting NTFS partitions. I know how
to do it with FC2 and even rebuilt my kernel, but the instructions seem
to be slightly different.
Thanks,
Matthew
