Get a standard analog fax machine.  Document errors in transmission,
especially long documents.  Call Qwest and complain about Fax trouble.

Qwest is onyl required to support 9600bps data connections (Most fax
machines are in the range), and they are required to fix a line if Faxes
can not make it through.
