       Can you point your apt-get sources.list to

                 http://mirror.espri.arizona.edu/
?

More specifically, will

 deb http://150.135.81.231/debian unstable contrib non-free main
 deb-src http://150.135.81.231/debian unstable contrib non-free main

work? I try to decipher the Debian website and it's difficult to find 
what to use for
sources.list. My old sources.list doesn't work anymore. Now that sarge
